LENGHT OF STAY: The guest shall declare upon booking the duration of stay. As such, appropriate fees shall be paid upon check-in.
If a guest applies to continue the stay beyond the date of initially booked dates, our Hotel shall treat said application as a new application for an accommodation contract. As such, prevailing room rates on the date of check-in shall apply.
The Hotel will shorten the stay, check-out the room without refund, and require the guest and the guilty person to leave should there be disturbance, unruly behavior, breach of the terms and conditions set herein, or crime committed by the guest, companions, joiner, or visitors.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A hotel's security deposit is a refundable fee that's held at check-in to cover potential costs like incidentals, such as food, drinks, and laundry services. The deposit is also known as a breakage deposit or damage deposit.
When a hotel places a hold on a guest's card, the amount will be processed and applied to the card statement as a charge. The hold will remain pending until the network removes it from the transaction history, which can take up to two weeks. The length of time a hotel hold lasts depends on the hotel, but it's usually released within 24 hours of checking out.
Most guests receive their security deposit back within 3–10 business days, unless there's a valid reason.
OVER-THE-LIMIT FEE: The Hotel shall charge joiners, visitors, and companions, who are not registered or over what the room can accommodate. The over-the-limit fee shall be P1,000.00 per person.
CHARGES: The room is in pristine condition. Should there be broken items that you see minutes upon check-in, report it immediately to our Front Desk by dialing extension 6868.
Whoever is at fault, whether the guest or his/her companions, joiners, or visitors, the main guest shall have solidary liability to pay for the damages, breakages, stains, or lost items. Charges for damages, breakages, stains, or lost items will be imposed.
If our hotel suffers damages due to an intentional or negligent act of a guest, the guest shall compensate this hotel for such damages. The following are rates for the Hotel Items:
Bathtub, broken: P10,000.00

Carpet - burned, cut, stained: P10,000.00

Mirror - Cabinet: P1,000.00
Mirror - Lavatory: P1,000.00

The Hotel may ban the guest in future check-ins, regardless of whether he/she is the main guest or companion, if the damages were done deliberately.
CLEANING CHARGE: The room upon check-in is in its cleanest useable condition. Upon check-out, you may leave it dirty. However, Cleaning Fee shall be imposed when any of the following are present:
Smoking and/or Vaping: Hotels may charge a cleaning fee if a guest smokes in their room, as the odor can be difficult to remove. We will need chemicals, carpet shampooing, deodorizing, and steaming to clean the area. In such case, Cleaning Fee is P5,000.00 as we impose Executive Order No. 26 of 2017 commonly known as Nationwide Smoking Ban; Republic Act No. 9211 aka Tobacco Control Law; and Makati City Local Government Ordinance No. 90, s. 2002 aka Anti-smoking ordinance.
Pet fees: Our Hotel is not designed for pets. Hotels may charge an additional cleaning fee if a guest brings a pet. We will need chemicals, carpet shampooing, and steaming to clean the area. In such case, Cleaning Fee is P1,000.00
If the Hotel Room and/or Function Room was left in an unsanitary condition, soiled, stained, greased, contaminated, vandalized, or in a condition where cleaning will take more than 1 hour.
The Hotel may ban the guest in future check-ins, regardless of whether he/she is the main guest or companion.
PENALTY FOR UNPAID DUES: Should the guest fail to settle the bill upon check-out, the guest shall be held liable for interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on such unpaid billings reckoned from the date of the check-out, or if with credit term. the last day of the due date. The formula is as follows:
Interest = Amount due X (Days of delay X (0.01/365*12))
The Interest can be waived for the sake of good and harmonious business relationship.
